Come and Join us for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, September 20, 2025 @ Te Tāpui Marae. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow shareholders, hear about our achievements over the past year, and contribute to the future direction of our organisation. 

Registration will open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 9:30 a.m., with the official hui (meeting) beginning promptly at 10:00 a.m. We look forward to seeing you there.

Due to the volume of documents that form part of the AGM pack this year (190 pages), the rising costs of printing, the limited ability to print these packs in a timely and sustainable manner including the impact on Te Taiao, MXI Committee of Management have made the decision to make supporting documentation available online here and on our Facebook page. 

If you are unable to attend the meeting, we kindly ask that you appoint a proxy so that you may be represented, your vote can be cast and that the quorum requirements can be met, please ensure a copy of the proxy form is received via return email at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
